Zerno Z1 Bellows

If you want to just clear the little bit of retained grounds or chaff in your Zerno Z1, this bellows can help you out.

This 3D printed Zerno Z1 Bellows is a flexible piece that fits in between your Zerno Z1 stock hopper and stock lid and transforms it into a blower. If you don't have the lid, then I've got that covered as well.

[Design Features]

Simplicity and maximum effectiveness are my design goals, and both are carefully infused in my bellows' design.

[Variations]

Closed Top:

This design allows you to pump air through the grinder without the lid, if yours didn't come with one. You can easily remove the bellows each time you're dosing and replace it when you're done dosing.

Open Top:

This design allows you to install the bellows once and keep it on, only lifting the stock lid each time you dose.

Inside Hopper:

This design allows fits inside the stock hopper for a super low profile look. The top of the bellows peeks over the hopper for better ergonomics, so it will not allow the stock cap to be placed on the hopper while the bellows is sitting inside.

58.5mm vs 56.0mm:

Zerno updated their stock hopper design sometime during 2024. I'm still working on confirming the exact time, but it seems to be for batches that started preorders sometime around April 2024 (delivering around Jan 2025). The hoppers starting from that batch and beyond have a slightly larger diameter at 58.5mm. My bellows can only fit one size, so please measure your hopper to be sure.
