I searched around for one of these for quite some time and eventually came across the Introvert website. They had this particular item in stock. I’m in the uk and delivery was quite quick, even though it was Xmas and Canada has a postal strike. Andrew was more than helpful and I totally recommend this product, it works a treat.

Better than the cheap knock offs

The fit was very good overall. I had to sand down very lightly where the lettering was because there were very small pieces sticking up and with the tight fit between the rubber piece above the burrs and the neck of the funnel piece it was slightly hanging up. The bellows works well. I chose to leave the declumper piece in my grinder but it does require I give one bigger push with the bellows at the end of the grind to clear out a chunk that gets held up at the declumper tines every time.

I use my kalita wave to rdt and shake the beans before loading into the zerno and this makes pouring the beans way easier.

Bellows worked great. Grey colored ones would have matched well but not a big deal. They are fantastic

What a difference the silicone makes!

I was getting so tired of turning off the grinder, giving it a hard shake to loose the last beans, and turning it on again. This little single dose hopper not only makes the flow less violent first thing in the morning, but the bellows are a fun improvement. I was teetering on the edge of selling this Vario but now I love it again. Thank you Introvert!

The tool feels heavy at first but I like the weight now.The needles were easy to fit.The machining is top notch.The tool fits easily into its container, It certainly breaks up the coffee and for the first time l can make the surface level.Expensive but I will never need to replace it.
